Full edition of Newsround from Thursday, 25th March, 2004, presented by Lizo Mzimba. Top story is about how MP3s are killing the music industry, but check out what's second on the bill: it's none other than British prime minister Tony Blair meeting, greeting, and shaking hands with Colonel Gaddafi in Libya. With the benefit of hindsight, it's fair to say this is an image that hasn't aged well. It's beyond me why anyone would want to buddy-up to such a ruthless warmonger with so much blood on his hands... (Brace yourself: devastatingly biting political satire incoming...) ...and Tony Blair looks a bit silly, too!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (^That was it.) Besides that, the Olympic flame is on its way to Athens, Presspackers Stacy and Julian talk to the late Tessa Jowell about the state of kids' television, and Chelsea and Arsenal drew in the Champions League last night. Finally, we end with a promo for Dick and Dom in Da Bungalow, plus continuity presented by Andrew Hayden-Smith and... Is that Kate Heavanor? Please help me out in the comments with that. Many thanks to Lindsay for lending me this tape. I hate the fact that 2004 is 15 years ago.
