The Yoftahe Show Connecting Each Dot Is excited to announce that we have officially launched our monthly collaboration with Dr Netsy. “The Monthly Autism Series: The Journey Of The Unique Mind” With: Dr. Netsanet (Netsy) Mulugeta is a Doctorly-Prepared Nurse Practitioner and specializes in pediatrics. She has worked in the healthcare field for over 15 years. She was introduced to the Integrative/Functional Medicine approach while trying to help my son who was diagnosed with severe autism right before his 3rd birthday. It was during that time, she began to do deeper research and found that applying the functional medicine approach can be beneficial for her son. She found that treating the underlying medical issues related to autism can help improve outward symptoms and behaviors. It was using this method that she was able to help her son recover. She has spent thousands of hours researching both traditional and functional medicine approaches with access to resources not easily accessible to the public. Her own experiences have made her even more passionate about helping medically complex patients. She has centered her care for the pediatric patient to be holistic to help promote a healthier recovery. She is the founder of Freedom Holistic Care Clinic and recently started a Habesha Autism Course and community to help families gain access to invaluable insights, resources, and tips to navigate the unique challenges of autism. This course helps families by learning about underlying issues, cutting edge research, supplements, and more! Dr. Netsy brings years of experience and expertise.
