Police Shoot Suspect Who Rammed Patrol Vehicle And Charged With Knife

(Disclaimer: The content in this video is intended for educational and informational purposes only) Roseville, Michigan — On October 13, 2025, the Macomb County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO), was requested to investigate an Officer Involved Shooting that occurred at the north end of the parking lot the Roseville Police Department. Upon arrival, MCSO detectives were briefed on the incident. According to initial findings, a 36-year-old male suspect from Roseville used his vehicle to strike a marked Roseville Police SUV driven by Officer C. Officer B then approached the suspect’s vehicle, at which time the suspect produced a knife. Officer A also attempted to approach the suspect, who refused to comply with repeated verbal commands to drop the weapon. The suspect exited his vehicle, still armed with a knife and continued to ignore verbal commands. He then raised the knife and charged at Officer A, forcing officers to discharge their weapons. Following the incident, officers immediately called for medical assistance and rendered aid on the scene. The suspect was transported to a local hospital. He remains in critical condition. No officers were seriously injured during the incident. After a thorough investigation, the Macomb County Sheriff’s Office found no evidence to support criminal charges against the Roseville Police Officers involved.
