Paladins - Evie Gameplay
Wrecking faces with the rocket launching, broom flying Evie. Still getting used to her Soar ability. Finding out the hard way where she can and can't go, as you will see. I play Evie as a back line damage dealer, using my Illusion skill to kite and deal more damage, and my other two skills as escapes or as a means of reaching a vantage point. Elevated positioning is actually very important because it allows you to still hit the enemy even if you miss and hit the ground next to them (due to the AOE explosion of each round). There's one part in this vid where I'm shooting at the enemies on the capture point from behind cover but I realize I'm missing a lot of shots because I'm not on an elevated position. I try to use soar to reach an elevated position but it backfires on me because of the invisible ceiling blocking where I want to go. Also, Evie has a card that enables her Illusion skill to produce I think 5 illusions instead of 1. I don't have that card yet but I'm hoping to get it soon because I feel it's very strong.
