A very approachable PC Engine-esque vertical shooter. This is the Steam version: https://store.steampowered.com/app/1464550... Overall, a fun challenge with a reasonable enough variety of enemy patterns. The only real issue I have with this game is the very last boss, which is incredibly tedious if you die and lose your special shot, which means getting a bunch of chip damage before time runs out. Yes, time running out doesn't time out the boss; it ENDS YOUR CREDIT (guess how I found that out :-( ) I don't claim to be an expert in this game's scoring mechanics, but 1) clearly there are more secret special bonuses than the ones I ran into here 2) dying after picking up a bunch of green crystals is really bad for score.
