It's not a cape, it's a cloak, it is worn differently. It should be a piece garment but in this scale it would not be possible so we need to simulate the look. The main piece is a half moon , just like a cape, but will now have a hood and two additional pieces to throw over the shoulder. Seven wires will used. 1- in the hood 1- each edge of the main cloak 1 - on each edge of the of the additional garment 1 - at bottom edge of that same piece add a gold designe to the edge before adding any pleats and weathering weather using a wire brush on your dremel / paint the weathering for a complete look Attach the back of the cloak with a snap button Embed the cloak wires into the front of the chest at the seam above the emblem.
