Is it full of angst or does it pray? Are you letting God into your life? Do you seek peace ever so tight? A peaceful heart brings a fit body Jealousy is poisonous and unhealthy Seek peace with all your heart and mind It will bring you victory and God’s insight. Jealousy is defined as a strong feeling of possessiveness, often caused by the possibility that something which belongs or ought to belong to one is about to be taken away. I once knew someone who was a very jealous person. It was very stressful to be with jealous people. They are insecure and very cunning. I didn’t know she was very envious of all the things I have until she stirred trouble between me and another common friend. It ruined the relationship between the three of us. Later on, she was diagnosed with diabetes. She was enslaved by her religiosity. The bible says that a peaceful heart leads to a healthy body and jealousy is like cancer in the bones. All believers must actively choose peace over any worry or anxiety in life. Peace protects our hearts from being corrupted by all human desires which bring discontent and jealousy.
