Various aerials showing massive destruction in Tal al-Hawa neighbourhood, southern Gaza City ++MUTE++ STORYLINE: Israel’s bombardment of Gaza has left large swathes of the Strip in ruins, including parts of Gaza City which was the focus of Israel’s offensive before the ceasefire. Associated Press drone footage taken on Saturday showed massive destruction in the city’s Tal al-Hawa neighborhood. Houses and other structures were flattened to the ground, roads bulldozed, and piles of rubble were seen across the area. Israel’s bombardment campaign focused on Gaza City over the past weeks.
