Silhill Morris dance "Formerly Known As ......" at Aelfgythe's Wassail 2025 in Alvechurch

"Formerly Known As" was written by Silhill a few years ago. Silhill Morris is a Morris Team based in Henley in Arden in Warwickshire. We have male and female dancers and musicians and dance in the Border Tradition of Morris dancing . We appear at various events throughout the year. The origins of the team were in Solihull, hence the name – Silhill is an old name for Solihull – but we have had a long connection with Henley in Arden , dancing there most years around boxing day. We practice on Tuesday evenings in St Nicholas church hall, Beaudesert Lane, Henley in Arden from 8.15 to 10pm. We are always open to new members joining us, either as dancers or musicians.
