This video is very short and limited, you can do a whole lot with constraints, but this should give you a general clue on 'how to' If you're trying to follow this tutorial, make sure you follow every step, toggle by toggle, because when toggling the 'IsActive' and 'Lock' in the wrong order, the component might not keep the same values and you will have to edit them again.
