We are in Vermont chasing those beautiful autumn colors… and we found the perfect route to do so. In this video, we drive Vermont’s iconic Route 100 from Stowe to Woodstock — a 90-mile stretch through the heart of the Green Mountains that’s often called one of the most scenic fall drives in New England. Along the way, we explore the charming town of Stowe, walk across classic Vermont covered bridges, visit the famous Ben & Jerry’s factory (yes… we couldn’t wait for the ice cream 🍦), slow down by the Mad River in Waitsfield, and step into the Green Mountain National Forest to see Warren Falls and Moss Glen Falls. But as we drove through Vermont during the second week of October, we started to wonder… Did we arrive at peak fall foliage — or were we just a little too early… or a little too late? Join us as we chase autumn colors, wind through mountain roads, and discover that sometimes the journey matters more than perfect timing.
