An assembly-line market bouquet method that I train bouquet crews with. The lovely thing about this technique is that not only are they fast bouquets (production expectation: 50 bouquets/hour), the finished bouquets are also spiral bouquets for the best presentation and stem quality. This is one way I make market bouquets for my community on my cut flower farm.
