Labeling Requirements for Oklahoma Marijuana Growers and Processors

The OMMA states that all medical marijuana or medical marijuana products sold or transferred between growers and all processors must be labeled and the labels must contain at a minimum the following information: 1. The name and license number of the grower or processor who is selling or transferring the medical marijuana or the medical marijuana product. 2. The batch number of the medical marijuana or the medical marijuana product. 3. The date of harvest or production. 4. A statement that the medical marijuana or medical marijuana products have passed testing or a statement that the medical marijuana product has failed to test and is being transferred to a processor for remediation.
