The Evolution of Hand Camp

HD 1 is an opportunity for children ages 6-9 with upper limb differences and their families to meet others facing the same challenges. The weekend retreat includes fishing, sports and games, arts and crafts, cooking and a ropes course. Parent sessions are offered to focus on education, support and sharing experiences. HD 1.5 focuses on enhancing confidence and self-esteem in our preteen kids with a hand difference through team building, exposure to new experiences and developing leadership skills. HD 2 is a camp for teenagers with hand differences. These campers participate in activities including a high and low ropes course, fishing, swimming, arts and crafts, miniature golf, zip line and many additional organized games.
