RE:DesertBoy discusses his First shots and Range Visit for the Inglis P-35 9mm. Even though it is a John Browning design and looks very similar to the 1911 even fitting holsters at times, in RE:Desert_Boy’s humble opinion it is very much its own gun with its own characteristics and persona. Range to steel ~10 yards. Range to target ~10_12 yards. 1st ammo used was Fiocchi Range Dynamics 115 gr FMJ. Next used 124 gr Federal American Eagle FMJ and there were some FTFs with this ammo, but further follow is needed to rule out that it may have just been that magazine. Lastly, Federal HST 124gr JHP was used on steel and target. The Inglis P-35 single action only 9mm is a reproduction/clone of the Browning Hi-power design. This more modern model comes with a green fiber front sight, dovetail rear sights, ambidextrous manual safety, and 15 round magazine. An old classic design that becomes new again.
