In tonight's top story: The 19-year-old Sri Lankan national, Febrio De-Zoysa, charged in what police have called one of the worst mass killings in Ottawa’s recent history, has family in the city who say his behaviour recently changed. Global News has an exclusive interview with the accused killer's aunt. Mackenzie Gray reports.
