Ecto drop rates don't feel as good as Shards, but this run is much faster and can be more efficient despite the increased expenses from frequent entrance fees and drunk points. This build has no problem killing Skeletons or Coldfires, but I would still recommend against ever pulling both at the same time. If you need to engage one, make sure you're not doing it in the patrolling path of another. For Skeletons: Plan ahead when you can see that you will need to take one seriously, and just pull some Smite Crawlers on top of it (demonstrated at 4:50). For Coldfires: Try to ensure they're in a decent grouping first and have Defy Pain already charged. Run straight at them with Defy Pain active and place Battle Standard at their feet before Maelstrom triggers, then lead with the rest of your skills.
