First start of our MCH-6/SH model taken out of the box with this tutorial video. COMMISSONING NEW UNIT 00:53 Measure 350ml supplied Coltri ST755 synthetic oil 01:04 Remove crankcase vent cap with 14 mm spanner 01:10 Remove oil filler cap 01:14 Fill unit with 350ml Coltri ST755 synthetic oil 01:23 Check oil sight glass for correct oil level 01:30 Replace oil filler cap and crankcase vent cap 01:47 Remove Honda engine oil filler plug 01:57 Fill Honda engine with 600 ml 10W/30 engine oil 02:05 Replace Honda engine filler plug 02:16 Fill the Honda engine Gasoline tank with gasoline 02:30 Open Filter and Condensate drain taps 02:37 Open Gasoline on/off tap 02:40 Close choke lever 02:43 Set throttle to 30% 02:47 Turn Honda engine ON/OFF switch to ON 02:50 Use pull cord to start engine 02:55 When engine starts open the Choke lever 02:58 Set throttle to MAXIMUM 03:01 Run unit for 3 minutes with drain taps open 03:03 After 3 minutes turn throttle to minimum 03:06 Switch off engine using ON/OFF switch 03:08 Check Compressor oil level, adjust level if necessary 03:14 Check Engine oil level, adjust level if necessary INSTALL / REPLACE FILTER CARTRIDGE 03:27 Use 27mm spanner to remove filter housing top plug 03:38 Remove carbon/molecular sieve filter from Packaging 03:50 Lubricate filter top plug with Food grade silicone grease 03:56 Fit the Carbon/Molecular filter, noting the o ring to the top 04:02 Replace filter top cap TANK FILLING OPERATION 04:20 Open condensate and filter drain taps 04:30 Attach filling connector to cylinder valve 04:38 Ensure Cylinder valve is closed 04:40 Open Gasoline on/off tap 04:42 Close choke lever 04:45 Set throttle to 30% 04:48 Turn Honda engine ON/OFF switch to ON 04:51 Use pull cord to start engine 04:57 When engine starts open the Choke lever 05:00 Set throttle to MAXIMUM 05:04 Close Condensate and filter drain taps 05:13 Leaving cylinder valve closed bring pressure in unit up to maximum to check operation of final safety valve 05:17 When final safety valve vents at correct pre set pressure open cylinder valve and continue filling cylinder.
