Charlie Kirk dead: "Person of interest" in custody after shooting of US Conservative activist | FULL

Officials in Utah provided an update Wednesday after US Conservative activist Charlie Kirk was shot and killed on stage earlier in the day at an event at Utah Valley University. Utah Commissioner of Public Safety Beau Mason said a person of interest was in custody. Earlier, another person of interest was ruled out to be the shooter, but was arrested on an obstruction of justice charge. Mason said the shot "potentially came from a roof" at a "longer distance." Mason called the killing a "targeted attack towards one individual." Mason said the description of the suspected shooter is that of someone dressed "in all dark clothing." Utah Gov.
