This video is meant to inform about bipolar disorder and see an insider view of my life as someone who was diagnosed with it. Creating this video wasn’t easy. The hours of finding the right shot, getting the people I asked to be in it to do a video, the script…etc. Getting myself into dark mindsets to show you an idea of what this looks like wasn’t easy. Holding tequila in my hand and acting out taking a shot was a huge trigger and wasn’t easy. But when is any of this shit easy? Never.
