As we bring the month of March to a close, it is important we examine the need to harness the demographic dividend of women in promoting intra Africa trade and commit to making trade work for them and not against them. The making trade work for women in west Africa, provides a practical solution to breaking down barriers, empower women traders and reshape policies so that trade becomes a force for equity and growth.
