We'll walk you through our vision for this project, discuss the must-have features, and outline the key components we'll be installing. We will be building on a 2023 Ford Transit 148 LB. What to expect in this series: Electrical System: We'll be installing a robust solar power system, a battery bank, and an inverter to power our appliances and electronics. Water System: We'll be incorporating a fresh water tank, a grey water tank, and a portable shower for comfortable off-grid living. Kitchen: We're designing a compact and efficient kitchen with a cooktop, sink, and ample storage space. Sleeping Area: We'll be creating a comfortable and cozy sleeping space with a custom-built bed and plenty of storage underneath. Living Space: We'll optimize the living space with comfortable seating, a dining area, and plenty of natural light. This series will document the entire van conversion process, from initial planning and design to the final reveal.
