"I was hungry. I ate pizza." ...Let's make that sentence better! 🍕🔗 Welcome to Day 33! You have a lot of vocabulary, but do you still speak in short, choppy sentences? Today, we are learning Connector Words (also called Linking Words) to glue your ideas together. These words explain WHY something happened and WHAT the result was. In this lesson, we master the "Logic Trio": BECAUSE (The Reason): "I ate pizza because I was hungry." (Focus on the Why). SO (The Result - Casual): "I was hungry, so I ate pizza." (Focus on the Action). THEREFORE (The Result - Formal): "I was hungry; therefore, I ate pizza." (Great for writing/business!). Day 33 Homework: Combine these two sentences using "So" or "Because": It was raining. I stayed home. Write your combined sentence in the comments! Example: "I stayed home because it was raining." Let’s get connected! 🔗 linking words in English, connector words because so therefore, English conjunctions, cause and effect in English, how to write longer sentences, English writing skills, speak English fluently, English Kickstart Day 33, ESL writing lesson, formal vs informal connectors. #ConnectorWords #LinkingWords #BecauseSoTherefore #EnglishWriting #LearnEnglish #EnglishKickstart #FluencyTips #ESL #GrammarLesson #Day33 #SpeakEnglish
