Start learning cybersecurity with CBT Nuggets. https://courses.cbt.gg/security In this video, Steve Caseley covers network diagrams, which you will need to understand in order to pass the PMP certification exam. He explains how they are graphical representations of task dependencies and how they are used to calculate critical paths of tasks toward their end date. After watching this video, you will know what network diagrams are and how to create them. Steve briefly discusses the different types of network diagrams, such as activity on node and activity on arrow. He further demonstrates an example of the former type. First, he lays out the tasks that are necessary to complete a project while specifying which are dependent on each other. Then, he adds estimates of how long each task will take. He also calculates each task’s early start and early finish dates as well as their late start and late finish dates. Finally, he introduces the concept of slack in a network diagram. 🌐 Download the Free Ultimate Networking Cert Guide: https://blog.cbt.gg/ayk9 ⬇️ 13-Week Study Plan: CCNA (200-301): https://blog.cbt.gg/aii4 Start learning with CBT Nuggets: • CompTIA Project+ (PK0-004) | https://courses.cbt.gg/shy • Microsoft Project Essentials | https://courses.cbt.gg/yo0 • Project Management for the Real World | https://courses.cbt.gg/wvu
