Then I mixed mod podge, a little tacky glue, and a couple drops of white acrylic paint. Once those are mixed well, I applied over the pens to help cover the imperfections. After that you can glitter your item and add inks if you'd like. With light colored glitters I do have to go over with 2 layers glue mix and glitter most of the time. Since I used the spray paint as a base, I did not have to go over it again. Remember, crafting is art. Art is different for everyone. These techniques are just ways that have worked for me.
