Teddy the 4 month old Cavapoo Puppy - 2 Weeks Residential Dog Training

Teddy the 4 month old Cavapoo Puppy has completed his 2 week residential training stay Teddy is now home with his family who are delighted with his progress. Teddy’s owner is extremely dedicated to his training and wants only the best for her boy. She had already put in a very strong foundation for Teddy’s training, but needed help progressing him in certain areas. Teddy would get very easily excited by other dogs and people and this would cause him to run to the end of his lead and try every possible way to jump all over them and say hello, this became very hard to manage. He can now happily walk past people and dogs and has learnt reliable off lead heel work as well as great lead manners. His owner was also struggling with his lack of an ‘off switch’ in the home and it seemed like little Teddy could run around all day so he now has a good foundation of bed training that his owner can keep up whilst she’s working from home or just relaxing and watching TV. We have also worked hard on teaching Teddy all basic obedience and working on an even more reliable recall from distractions so he can enjoy his off lead walks without any stress.
