Super Mario 64: frauber's Fire Mario hack

After plowing through a sea of dead links and failed WayBack Machine captures, I finally pieced together frauber's old Fire Mario source code (from way back in 2009!!!) with parts of code taken from The Missing Stars mod, and compiled it with N64 C coding tools used at the time. The resulting Gameshark code was never released, so here's a long overdue release of my slightly touched up version. It's sadly not as bug free and feature packed as the one shown in his improved version video, but at least you can finally use it!
