Hey guys, we were craving a good beach day so we thought to spend a day around Vasai instead of going to same old beaches of Mumbai and what a fun day it was. We started with the lunch at Farmhouse Sea and Sand Restaurant, Pachubandar - food is really amazing, mainly known for fresh sea food but vegetarian food is also nice and the view of Vasai creek is amazing. After that we explored Vasai Fort aka Bassein Fort, we have been here so many times but each time we discover something new, fort is spread out in approximately 100 acres and mostly in ruins but some church structures are still there and whenever you pay a visit here, make sure you see this Vijay Stambh made for the remembrance of Chimaji Appa who won the battle of Vasai against Portuguese. Then we had Vasai's most famous Vada Pav - Amruteshwar Vada Pav famously known as Sanju Vada Pav - it is near New English School and just opposite of Chimaji Appa ground.
