We have all came across reports about how hospitals were running out of Oxygen resulting in mass deaths in various parts of our nation when the second wave of COVID-19 was at its peak in the month of April-May. We take you Inside the Horror of one such Hospital - Jaipur Golden Hospital in India's capital. In a special series - 'Breathless in the City' we are trying to chronicle the ordeal of the families of the People Behind the Numbers and ask: Who Will take accountability for deaths that many doctors have said amount to culpable homicide.? On the 24th of April 2021, 25 patients were reported dead after the Hospital's Oxygen Supply was stopped. In our third episode in this series, Barkha Dutt talks to Shalu Kataria who lost her husband Dinesh, only 41-years-old, that very day in Delhi's hospital. She said that she met Dinesh that very day and he was fine. She blames the Modi government, the Delhi government and the hospital's administration for her husband's death.
