It's challenging, yet rewarding. It forces you to step out of your comfort zone - to develop skills that maybe you've never used before. Skills that many successful alumni say helped them take that next step in life. Andrew Bosworth, VP of augmented reality at FB (Meta) sold Cutco for two summers while in college at Harvard - right before joining Zuckerberg's startup, "Facebook". Here's the big question. Are you cut out for sales? More specifically, selling Cutco? That's for you to answer. The only way to truly know is to give it a try yourself. What we can tell you is that scrolling through YouTube and Google to hear others perspective could be more confusing than enlightening. Type any product or company into YouTube followed by the word "review" and you'll experience the same thing. So back to the question of "is selling Cutco for you?" If you're feeling 50/50, here's our (biased) recommendation. Don't just try and “see how this goes” but really give it your best effort. After all, if you're going to try something, why would you give anything less than your best? Can you even say you tried if you gave something half effort? Watch the transformation happen over time. What once seemed impossible has now become your warmup. Celebrate your victories and take time to witness how far you've come. On paper, it's a customer sales/service position.
