Starting in Puerto del Carmen I take an e-scooter ride to find breakfast, taking in the coastal sites as we go. I then head out to do some Urbex'ing at the abandoned Hotel Atlante Del Sol. From here, we head over to see the César Manrique Volcano House - a great memorial to the man formerly colloquially known as 'the island son'. We then take a fascinating look underground at the Cuevas Los Verdes followed by a visit to a very misty Mirador Del Rio! We end the day at Timanfaya, at the Montana Del Fuego (Mountains of Fire) where we enjoy some great dining cooked over the live volcano!
