Twinny and I serving our father land Nigeria🇳🇬 Very similar to the mandatory Korean military service🇰🇷 National Youth Service Corp (NYSC), is a one–year compulsory programme for students under 30 years, who studied in Nigerian tertiary institutions, or Nigerian graduates abroad, who intend to work in Nigeria, and was created through decree 24 on May 22, 1973, by the military administration of Gen Yakubu Gowon. After the 3 weeks compulsory booth /orientation camp, Corp members are assigned to various primary place of assignment to serve the country in assigned state's either in the public or private sector in accordance with the candidate's field of expertise. Only sick persons would be exempted from service upon presentation of a medical certificate. We were not able to capture all our experiences and moments in camp due to the military trainings and many other activities, but after watching this video i hope you all do have an idea of the Nigerian National Youth Service.
