Tough Debut at Warden Law | EKS Northern Round 1 (80kg) | bad luck karts

My debut at EKS Northern Round 1 at Warden Law in the 80kg Lightweight class. Going into the race I felt ready to compete at the front and the track is lovely fast following circuit, but rental kart racing can sometimes come down to luck with the equipment. Unfortunately the kart struggled badly on the straights which made it really difficult to defend or gain positions, despite having strong pace through the corners. It’s always frustrating when you know you’re faster in the technical sections but can’t do much on the straights. Getting weak karts in all three heats was definitely tough luck. This video is also a test of my DJI Nano setup, so hopefully the footage quality looks good. Thanks for watching
