Welcome to my Boredom Buster Series, Day 1 - This is an intense Pull Day Workout with no repeat movements. This series focuses on variety while maintaining intensity! Each day will be a 30 minute workout with a huge variety of interesting and different movements to get you those gains without the tedium of doing the same thing everyday.
