This run is kinda optimized, you can save time by pivot swapping earlier in the beginning, I walk forward to make sure im in target range, but you could instead try to find exactly what part of the ground you have to stand on to target, so you can swap right away instead of checking. The next timesave is after the phase 2 cutscene, itd be slightly faster to do a reverse backstep here instead of standing roll, so the arrow reaches ariandel a frame or two earlier. After that, timesave isnt really possible since friede is unkillable while she is transitioning to phase 3, so you have to wait until she finishes before bowgunning. It might be possible to bowgun slightly earlier and save some frames, but there is a decent chunk of waiting here regardless.
