A flash flood warning was issued this morning and flooding is moving quickly. Across Logan County, heavy flooding has cut off access to several roads and bridges in low-lying areas. Friday afternoon, below WV 73 in the Mount Gay/Cherry Tree area, the river had completely overtopped the road.
