About this Event: Cincinnati Children's offers this live, online Q&A for young women and parents of girls born with anorectal malformations (ARMs). During this event, our co-hosts, Lesley Breech, MD, and Debbie Morse, BSN, RN, CPN, will discuss gynecologic concerns for females born with ARMs and answer questions from you and other families online, in real-time. Gynecologic Concerns & Anorectal Malformations Many young women and girls born with ARMs may experience gynecological concerns. These concerns are not often addressed at birth because bowel and urologic problems may be serious or life threatening. However, identifying gynecologic concerns can be very important in preventing problems in infancy, puberty or adulthood.
