Then comes the Always Pan in a sage colour. It is light weight and great for frying, boiling steaming and basically everything, that’s why it’s called the ALWAYS pan.The nesting spatula is Made from 100% natural beechwood and designed to rest perfectly on your pan for no mess cooking. Today I’m making these Vegan gyoza and spicy veg bao buns. They require different cooking temperatures and time periods so I’m putting the bao buns in the bottom basket and the gyoza in the top one. I’ve put some water in the Always pan and it’s boiling. Let’s add these on too and see how this goes. HERE IS THE LOW DOWN!!! 🙅🏿‍♀️ 1. Even if this pan looks so good, my first observations are - When I cook I usually have several pots on the stove. The pan seems to take up a lot of space, I wouldn’t be alt to use all the hobs when using the pan. 2. You can only use the pan on medium heat so it might not be for you if you want something that requires high heat. 3. If you are steaming something that takes a bit longer to cook, the pan will not hold enough water as it is not deep enough. 4. You can’t use a metal cooking spoon with this as it may damage the pan. These are a few of my observations for now.
