नई पेंशन प्रणाली (NPS) के अंतर्गत 1.1.2006 को या उसके बाद नियुक्त उसके लिए राज्य सरकार के कर्मचारियों के लिए एकीकृत पेंशन योजना का (UPS) कार्यान्वयन संबंधित अजेंडा पास कर दिया गया है एक अगस्त से ये लागू होगी. दस या अधिक सेवा पूरी करने के बाद न्युतम गारंटी पेशन मिलेगी महिला कर्मचारियों को अतिरिक्त अवकाश देने की घोषण मैंने की थी. मंत्रिमंडल की बैठक में लिया है जो नियमित महिला कर्मचारियों को 25 अवकाशदिए जाएँगे पहले 20 अवकाश मिलते थे मंत्री मंडल में ये भी फैसला लिया है जो शहीद के परिवार को अनुकंपा के आधार पर नौकरी दी जाएगी. आठ शहीद परिवार ग्रुप बी सी डी पदो पर नौकरी देने का फैसला लिया है हरियाणा सरकार द्वारा सैनिक एवं अर्धसैनिक बलों के बच्चों को छात्रवृत्ति देने फ़ैसला लिया है. It has been decided in the Cabinet meeting that regular women employees will be given 25 leaves, earlier they used to get 20 leaves. It has also been decided in the Cabinet that the families of the martyrs will be given jobs on compassionate grounds. It has been decided to give jobs to eight martyr families on Group B C D posts.
