THE QHHT EXPERIENCE / What is the Process of a Quantum Healing Hypnosis Session?

How does a QHHT Session work? What happens during a QHHT session? In this video I explore the process of a Quantum Healing Hypnosis Session (QHHT Session) from beginning to end. A QHHT session is a journey into one's self, a journey into higher levels of consciousness, which allows us to heal , gain more perspective and understand who we truly are. I explain how we use a guided a mediation to help the client get into a deep state of relaxation. From being fully awake to a dreamlike state, from the left side of the brain to the right side of the brain, when we are then in Theta Brainwaves. With this guided meditation we are able to explore a Past life, a story that our Higher self tells us so we can understand our present life with a new perspective. The Higher Self will draw on an aspect of a person's life and make a story out of it. The whole time the client will stay aware and describe to the Practitioner what they are seeing, so the Practitioner can guide them through this inner adventure, like watching a film, and deciding to go and explore a certain area, or looking around and seeing if there are any people we might know. The Practitioner will ask the client's Higher Self the questions that the client will have prepared before the session. The Higher Self answers these questions and the Practitioner will then keep this conversation going until the client has got all their answers. And how our Higher Self is able the retrieve important information about a person's life. I answer these questions from my own experience as a Level 2 QHHT Practitioner and my personal research into the teachings of Dolores Cannon.
