Defeating the various bosses in Dead of Darkness without taking damage and its ending. Miles goes to the island in hopes of news about his missing daughter and Olivia goes for secret agent stuff and then everything goes to hell with zombies and other eldritch abominations. This was done on hard difficulty but very hard and dead of darkness difficulties exist (unfortunately very hard unlocks after beating the game and dead of darkness unlocks from beating very hard), I just don't have the time for another two playthroughs right now. Presumably the biggest change on the highest difficulty would be things being faster. Most of these aren't particularly difficult. Your biggest challenge is finding an opportunity to reload the shotgun as it does significantly more damage than the handgun. The Owen rematch is one of the harder ones only because sometimes tentacles will immediately attack after they resurface. The rematch with Adam can be annoying as the bone boulders have a very curious hitbox (sometimes you can walk through them without taking any damage and other times you don't appear to be in the hitbox but take damage). The rematch with Harry is trivial with the shotgun but can be a bit more difficult with the handgun since you have limited time before you run out of space and get pushed into the boss to instantly die. Not saving the nurse just removes her from the boat in the ending. She has no dialogue so it really is only for the achievement or ranking.
