After a night in a guesthouse in Bulunkul, we took the morning to get around the village again. Then we headed to see the second lake of the Bulunkul lake. A beautiful day admiring a mostly frozen lake, birds flying around, all in a stunning background of snow-covered mountains. [Check of Day 1 to Day 6 Videos for the start of our Pamir Itinerary] Our afternoon took us towards Langar, crossing the mountains on dirt roads, and driving along the Panj River separating Tajikistan from #Afghanistan, which we skirted for the rest of the day until we arrived in the Wakhan Corridor. Fantastic scenery! The Pamir Highway was a fantastic journey, one of the highlights of our #travel through #CentralAsia trip, thanks to our partner during this tour: Destination Pamir.
