Discover how a book club in Bengaluru is allowing the deaf community to interact more closely with others. 21-year-old Parmeet Singh started the group to bring deaf people together, to read, recite poetry and share experiences, all through Indian Sign Language. It’s open to everyone - those who can hear as well as those who can’t. These in-person events help people feel less isolated. It’s also helping transform the way people can communicate so that everyone can be part of the conversation.
