“I want you to live forever….” If Henry has to live forever, this would be his song for the people he loves. Part way through, it becomes Jo’s song, too. I am heartbroken that Forever has been cancelled and am crossing my fingers that it gets picked up elsewhere. There were so many questions left unanswered. Does Henry tell Jo right away, or does her phone ring (as usual)? How does Jo react? Does Abe have to tell her because Henry can’t? Did Jo have the long life figured out? – because he kept dropping hints – almost every episode. How did Abe find out and how did he keep the secret? When will Lucas find out? I want to know more about Henry dying of syphilis, smallpox and being hit by a shell at Normandy. He seemed to have been in a lot of high risk situations considering he’s a pacifist. Does Henry’s history repeat itself? Does he realize it? When will some angel of death pull the plug on Adam and the nightmare for Henry starts all over again? Are there other immortals out there? Why are we following Henry in this period of his life? If he wasn’t born for Abigail, who or what was he made this way for? And Jo’s husband. When will Henry discover he didn’t die of natural causes, but was murdered…..? (I'm speculating....) We need more Forever. Song credits are at the end of the video. Wow, I loved this song. Buy it and play it for someone you love. (I had to alter it quite a bit. Sorry.) Voice overs: Jo: You want to live forever? Henry: Not exactly Jo: Detective Jo Martinez Henry: You can never underestimate what some people will do to… Jo: To live forever? Abe: Tell her. Henry: It’s a long story. Henry: If we root ourselves too deeply in the past, we’ll miss what’s right in front of us.
