EPIC Gingerbread DRAGON Attacking Gingerbread Tower | Entry to Jazza's Competition

My biggest or rather most detailed project to date! I made this for Jazza's competition and well I was an idiot to even think he would consider me at all. I do like my artsy-fartsy cakes and sweets but my channel is just too much "recipe". I guess I was so excited to join this competition because this here today is exactly what I want to do. Maybe not every week at this huge scale but something in that direction. I never had a chance so I hope maybe some of you might enjoy this! The recipe I used here: Ingredients 110 gr margarine | 1/2 cup (I used butter here completely) 60 gr butter | 1/4 cup 100 gr sugar | 1/2 cup 1 tsp ground ginger 1/2 tsp ground cloves 1/2 tsp cinnamon 1/4 tsp salt 100 ml molasses | 1/2 cup 1 tbsp vinegar 1 egg 1 1/2 baking powder 325 gr flour | 4 cups How to make it 1. To be perfectly honest you can just put all the ingredients in a bowl and knead it. Just toss them all in a bowl, knead it until it is not sticky anymore and you should be fine! 2. After resting the dough for a bit in the fridge, spread some flour on your working surface and roll the dough out! For a smooth surface, you’ll want to use some parchment paper. 3. Cut the cookies in any shape you want. Place them onto a baking tray and bake these cookies at about 170 C / 340 F for about 15 minutes. 4.
