Confronting the fear of actually getting what you wanted

This past week has been very illuminating to me in regards to what the ego self believes is important to my continued survival versus my true self’s knowledge of what my soul actually needs. What I’m learning is that there is no true path to salvation that involves suffering, and that any path that does include it is surely one that will lead you astray. With that said, the path that “appears“ that it will involve pain often does not in actuality, only appearing in this way because the ego knows it’s a path that leads to its destruction, which must be avoided at all costs. Thank you for being witness to this incredibly pivotal point in my life with me. It’s not often that you get to be in the middle of a major turning point in life and be aware of it as it’s happening so I’m very grateful to have that privilege and that you’ve joined me for the ride. I love you.
