Coaching mayhem - there were bikes upside down everywhere - Bosnia Roadbook Training camp

What is the Bosnia rally? Join me for a day at the Bosnia Roadbook training camp and experience what you can expect from the fantastic weeklong event. The Bosnia rally is a 7-day roadbook event but with a twist. The event is no competitive,3 which makes for an absolutely fantastic time with friends. Each day you get a 300-370km roadbook to follow across the incredible Bosnian landscapes. The terrain varies from a touch of road to epic landscapes with forestry, open plains, rocky mountain passes, valleys, hills and so much more. The terrain and scenery was fantastic, and being non-competitive it means you can take your time, stop to take photos, pull into a cute town for a coffee and enjoy the time with your fellow riders. It is a fantastic event for getting a first experience at rally and building confidence with roadbook. You can also follow a GPS route too. I would say the Bosnia roadbook training camp rally is suitable for seasoned rally riders or absolute totally newbie’s, male or female, young or old. There are typically 300+ riders at the event but note there are very few English riders, I am not sure why, maybe due to the distance to travel to the start. The briefings are all done with a translator if you’re English speaking. For this event I did a ‘come ride with Vanessa’ trip. I rode with a team of 6 riders who came to the event brand new to rally. They joined me and Nomadas Adventure with the goal of putting their toes in the water for the first time on a roadbook rally event. I was there to support, coach and most importantly...pick up bikes. I'm mad proud of the team and it was incredible to see their confidence and capabilities grow...I'm not sure they quite expected the level of my British banter but hey...that's what you get with me 🤪 I'm contemplating doing more "Ride with Vanessa" events and wondering what the interest is?
