Biggest Mistake in my Himalayan Trip! | Vasudhara Waterfalls | My Journey Records

Trekking to Vasudhara Falls was one of the most challenging and beautiful parts of my Himalayan journey. But it started with a big mistake! Thinking the waterfall was very close, I left my wet shoes and socks at the Saraswati Temple stand in Mana Village. I started walking, only to find out from returning trekkers that the falls were actually 6km away! With no shoes, I decided to continue the journey. The 6km trek (total 12km) was painful but the view of the clear blue sky and the giant mountains was absolutely superb. Halfway through, we found a small mountain house with fresh drinking water that saved us. Finally reaching Vasudhara Falls was a spiritual experience. The water drops from a massive height, and the wind makes it look like a dream. But be careful—big rocks often fall with the water, making it very dangerous to stand directly underneath.
