Get ready to impress your family with this quick and authentic Pakistani cuisine! #beefnihari #cookernihari #beefrecipes Beef Nihari Ingredients: Oil 1 cup Onion (sliced) 1 cup Beef boneless 1 kg Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp Nihari masala 3 tbsp Kashmiri red chili powder 1 tsp Salt 1/2 tsp Water 8-10 cups Beef nalli 300 g Flour mixture (wheat flour 1/2 cup + all-purpose flour 1/2 cup + water 1 cup) Green chilies (Sliced) as required Ginger (julienne) as required Green coriander (julienne) as required Directions: 1. In a pressure cooker add oil, onion and cook until brown in color. 2. Now add beef and cook for 4-5 mins. Now add ginger garlic paste and cook for a minute. 3. Add nihari masala, Kashmiri red chili powder, salt and cook for 2-3 mins. 4. Add water and beef nalli. Mix it well and cover the pressure cooker. Now cook with pressure for 30-35 mins. 5. In a pan roast wheat flour and all-purpose flour until fragrant. Transfer this mixture to a bowl and add water. Mix it well. 6. Add this flour mixture into the nihari and cook for 3-4 mins. 7. Now dish it out and garnish it with green chilies, ginger, green coriander and serve. Your Beef Nihari is ready. Prep time: 15-20 mins Cooking time: 1 hour Servings: 5-6
