Wayne “Sam” Kimbrough’s O Scale Layout Everything on this layout was done by Wayne Kimbrough(minus the power supply built by friend and fellow enthusiast Louis Ertz) from the bench work and wiring of track to the hand laid turnouts, kit built structures, and all the scenery. Many of the locomotives and freight/passenger cars were also painted, detailed, and decaled by Wayne Kimbrough.
